The number of foreign visitors to   Hanoi   also decreased by 18.1 percent.
In the first three months of this year, total social investment in Hanoi totalled 22.4 trillion VND, an increase of 10.34 percent. That figure included more than 1.9 trillion VND in foreign direct investment, falling 9.67 percent against the same period last year./.
